Human Capital Projections
The EPDC has developed a Human Capital projections model that allows the user to project
the population by education level, overall population growth, and education
attainment trends. This model will be most useful for economic and investment
planning, for advocacy, and for educational purposes. Detailed instructions are included in the
downloadable files.
In order to use this tool you must enable macros in Excel,
which may require changing your security setting. Go to Tools
MacroSecurity... and select "Medium." When
you open the Excel file, choose "Enable Macros."
