Small HIPE model graph showing projection data.

The High-level Interactive Projections for Education (HIPE) model is the most visual of the EPDC projection models in excel. It was used to project financing gaps for Education for All for 46 low income countries for the UNESCO 2010 EFA Global Monitoring Report, and has been applied in Namibia, Mozambique, and South Sudan.

On this page you will find information about and links to the four HIPE models EPDC has developed. The three country models each reflect specific national conditions.
